South Loop 2 bed, 2 bath resale condos are officially back in seller territory.

Median price sits at $420,000, up from $415,000 last year. Sellers are averaging 101.1% of their last list price, inventory is just 3.0 months, and homes are going under contract in 22 days. New listings at 469 remain far below the 822 peak from June 2021, which continues to support pricing.

If you’re watching South Loop, this is a tight, competitive segment.
