With more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Doug brings a unique combination of legal, operational, and human resources leadership. In his role, he will oversee the firm's financial performance, operational infrastructure, people systems, marketing ex*****on, and technology platforms, while partnering closely with firm leadership to drive profitability, scalability, and strategic growth.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned both his B.A. and J.D., Doug began his career practicing labor and employment law at an Am Law 100 firm. He subsequently held leadership positions with FTI Consulting, Morae Global, Barnes & Thornburg, and most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck.

Golan Christie Taglia volunteers with Care For Friends , a non-profit organization dedicated to providing food, housing, and healthcare to the disenfranchised in Chicago. GCT assisted in their food pantry, hot meals service, and foot clinic. Care for Friends is located at the Episcopal Church of the Atonement at 5749 N. Kenmore, with their newest location recently opening at Church of Our Saviour, 530 W. Fullerton Parkway. Over in our "Cleveland Office", Nichole M. F. Siedlarczyk and family participated in Hockey Players in Business - HPIB 's 7th annual charity tournament. Defendant Brian Heppner used Anthropic’s AI system, Claude, to outline a defense strategy to anticipated criminal charges. He then shared these documents with his counsel. The court ruled that these documents were not subject to the attorney client or work product privileges and could be used in his prosecution. Trial is set to start April 6, and we will continue to monitor the situation.
