Thank you Bob Sitko for your review: Jean is an amazing realtor. I’ve had realtors who list a property, maybe toss in an open house, and wait for the property to sell itself. Jean SOLD my condo. She marketed the property with advertising through various outlets staggered strategically over time, she convinced me of the value of staging, she had access to handymen who could address the minor irritants—a loose faucet, a tub in need of caulking—and was patient with me the seller who also had to deal with competing demands. With rates spiking to 7% and mounting economic headwinds, this was not an easy market, but Jean was tireless and persistent. Her professionalism and competence were critical assets: when the time came to nudge me into revisiting the asking price or to consider tactical concessions, my decisions were easier because she had totally earned my confidence and trust. If you’re listing your property, you will not find a stronger partner.
