Your LLC was approved… but does that mean you actually own the name? 👀
This is one of the BIGGEST misconceptions I hear from entrepreneurs.
Registering your LLC with the state and federally registering your trademark are two different things.
Your LLC allows you to form and operate your business under that name in your state, but it does not automatically mean:
❌ You have exclusive rights to the name nationwide.
❌ Someone else doesn’t already have superior trademark rights.
❌ You can stop another business from using a confusingly similar name.
❌ Your brand is federally registered with the USPTO.
And imagine building the website, growing the social media, printing the packaging, investing in marketing, and THEN discovering there’s a trademark problem. 😩
That’s exactly why we need to talk.
Tonight at 8 PM Eastern, I’m teaching my FREE Slay Your Trademark® Webinar, where I’m breaking down what entrepreneurs need to know BEFORE investing even more into a brand they haven’t properly secured.
If you have a business, a brand, a product, a program, or even an idea you’re serious about building, you need to be in the room tonight.
