AI can be a great tool, but it is not your lawyer. 😭

I completely understand why people turn to AI when they have legal questions. It’s quick, convenient, and sounds very confident. The problem? Confident doesn’t always mean correct.

AI can misunderstand the facts, give outdated information, miss state-specific laws, or give advice that simply doesn’t apply to your situation. And in a personal injury case, one wrong move, whether it’s what you say to an adjuster, what you sign, what you post, or how you handle your claim, can seriously hurt your case.

Use AI to help you come up with questions to ask your attorney. Don’t use it to replace your attorney.
