On today’s episode of SOLD & CLOSED… we have a new first time homeowner!

Our buyer knew she wanted to purchase her condo unit in the Bronzeville/Hyde Park area and as I got her pre-approved and started searching, we were having a hard time finding exactly what she wanted.

We first found a beautiful 2 bedroom condo in Washington Park. We were in a multiple offer situation, and won that bid!
