Love these sweet little Ottas of mine 🦦💗🦦 💙

Such a good big sister and big girl has grown to be. Always on the go, wanting to learn all the new things, with her brother.
And the forever adventuring, kindest lil soul.. . 🌿☀️

Beyond proud of each of them 🥹🫶🏼

❤️‍🔥 UNDER CONTRACT ❤️‍🔥

Always the best feeling when negotiations go well and we find that big win. 💪🏼💪🏼

I focus on streamlining the process by providing connections, contractors, and services that make the selling experience comfortable, easier, and less stressful. I focus on lining up all the things that I would PERSONALLY do if it were my own house I was selling, maximizing profit without sacrificing experience.

Congrats to my client and the owner of this lovely Concord property!

2025 Halloween was a success (once Lena decided she was actually going to let me put on her fairy "butterfly" outfit 😅). Fairy-Lena & her accomplice Tigger, their Moon-Elf Mama, & everyday-Dada reached level 98 stealth collecting much candy loot with bff's, in the spooky land of Tega cay.
Now, to turn all these lolly pops into potty training success? 🤔😅
