It's Cheyenne Frontier Days here in Cheyenne, WY! Over the 10 affairs, my little town grows almost triple in population!! Frontier Days host the "Daddy of 'em All" of rodeos. We have big name artists of all genres show up and have a whole fair with something for everyone.

So what does that mean for business owners? Well, it means that you have a ton of opportunities to grow your business. Whether that be revenue or getting your name known.

Growing your business means prep work. Lots of prep to make sure you have your processes in place for the influx of clients/customers you are going to have.

Have you tried to search yourself to see if you are findable or visiable to potential clients?

I was doing a simple google search and saw so many agents pop up, however majority of them only had their phone number to contact them. I had to do a deep search dive to find another from for contacting them.

With only having a number you are missing out on half of the clients you could potential sell/buy homes from. Clients don't want to have to do alot of searching to find an agent. They will go to the next one who has their information readily available

So here's my tip! Put your contact information out there! If you want the clients make your self FINDABLE and VISIABLE!

I have to say I love the month of October! For me it’s the true signal of fall. Cool weather, leaves start to turn and fall, pumpkin patches, etc.

It’s also a sign of the holiday season approaching quickly.

Running your own business can be exceedingly overwhelming (keep reading, I promise there is a happy ending!).

At first, you master social media, and you think, "Yeah, I got this, I can do this." Then comes email marketing, managing your listings, prospecting new clients/listings, managing your transactions etc. It can get overwhelming in the blink of an eye, and you doubt your ability to manage it all.

There are some new followers and it's been a while! So how about a little about me!

I am a mama of two boys (3yrs and 9mo) and a wife. We live in Wyoming with our two dogs and many fish!

I use to live in California before we made the trek to Wyoming, to enjoy many more freedoms. The weather is definitely different but the people out here make it all worth it.

I use to work in a real state office before having my babies and becoming a stay at home mom. I love being home with my kids, but I still felt like I was capable of doing more.

So enter my business of being a virtual assistant. I decided I can work and still be home with my kids everyday. It was one of the best decisions I could make for myself and my family.
