Sam didn’t just grow up in St. Louis — he practically sprouted out of the South City sidewalk cracks like a well‑watered patch of clover. Born and raised in the heart of South St. Louis, he spent his early years roaming Taft and Compton, attending St. Mary’s and Cleveland High, and mastering the art of knowing exactly which Imo’s location delivers the fastest.

He first jumped into real estate back in the ’90s, rocking the era of pagers, dial‑up internet, and questionable wallpaper choices. Life tossed him a medical curveball that benched him for a while, but Sam’s a St. Louisan — and St. Louisans don’t quit. He came back swinging in 2020, joining Keller Williams – Chesterfield with more energy than a toasted ravioli fresh out of the fryer.
