We want insurance companies to treat the injured like people, not like file numbers and dates of loss. We also want them to focus on safety and not simply minimizing claims. By providing open and honest communication with our clients, we can empower them and their cases against the teams of adjusters, investigators and lawyers that the insurance companies assemble to minimize client recovery and maximize their profits. By focusing our efforts to just a few practice areas (business law, workers compensation and personal injury cases), we can concentrate on realizing this vision.
