✨ TWO CLOSINGS. TWO AMAZING STORIES. 🏡❤️

Last Friday was a BIG day, and I’m so grateful I got to help these wonderful clients get the keys to their new homes! 🔑🎉

🏡 First up — my wonderful repeat client closed on his DREAM HOME!

He called me out of the blue, we went looking, and just like that… he found it! ❤️ This beautiful Victorian has been wonderfully renovated while keeping so much of its original charm. I already can’t wait to see those windows glowing with Christmas trees this winter! 🎄✨

Thank you for trusting me once again. It means more than you know!

🏡 Then came a closing with this wonderful couple who found their perfect home when they least expected it!

After deciding they were probably going to put their search on hold, THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY popped up the very next day! 👀

We had just a few hours’ notice, jumped in the car, and hauled butt to see it. 😂 We knew we had to move quickly, and we submitted their offer 45 minutes before the deadline — while we were STILL AT THE HOUSE! 😳🙌

And… APPROVED! 🎉

Fast forward, and they officially closed last Friday! ❤️

I’m so excited for all of you and the memories you’ll make in your new homes. Sometimes finding the right home takes patience, persistence, and sometimes… a whole lot of “GET IN THE CAR, WE’RE GOING!” 😂

Friday was a big one — it took four closings in a single day to get my client into her new home out of state, and this was number three on the list! Coordinating multiple transactions in one day isn’t always easy, but moments like this remind me exactly why I love what I do.
