Virginia Butkus - Re/Max Heritage Properties Information on What is happening in the local Real Estate Market. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1990 and received my Brokers license in 2003.

I am a lifelong New Jersey Resident, originally from Maplewood (Essex County) and moved to Chester Township (Morris County in 1991). I realized Morris County, rich in history, with a strong commitment to Farm Preservation, along with a vast amount of parkland, and trails was the place to call home. Building my business has been truly rewarding for the past 31 years. I am a member of the National A

ssociation of Realtors, the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors, and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, and REBAC.(Realtors Buyers Agent Council) I strongly believe in volunteering my time, which I do often at the NCJAR office in Morristown. I am a subcommittee member on the Morris County Community Development board, representing Chester Township, which is an appointment made by the Mayor. Continuing Education is a must for Realtors in this fast Changing Industry, I participate in many continuing education classes each year. I have earned the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) the SHORT SALE/FORECLOSURE certification, CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist)and most recently the SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) I take pride in the Customer service I provide to my clients, both Sellers, and Buyers. I treat everyone as if they were my only clients, offering years of experience, Integrity, and most of all Honesty. It is so important in today's Real estate environment for sellers and buyers to have a clear understanding of what is happening in the Real Estate market, not only Nationally but locally, which is what I can provide.
