As May comes to a close, I’m ending the month with a grateful heart. This month, I had the privilege of helping three families reach the closing table and receive the keys to their next chapter.

Every transaction has a story behind it—goals, challenges, excitement, and a lot of hard work. Being trusted to walk alongside my clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives is something I never take for granted.

Congratulations to my sellers, Luke and Haylee! 🏡🎉

Thank you both for trusting me throughout this entire process and giving me the opportunity to help sell your home. It was a longer journey than expected, but we stayed consistent, worked through every obstacle, and found the right buyer for this property.

This transaction was a great reminder that real estate isn’t always smooth sailing. There were challenges along the way, including repairs that needed to be addressed to keep the deal together. Sometimes that means getting creative and doing what’s best for your clients. In this case, everyone worked together to make sure we got to the closing table successfully.

A special thank you to Kolbe Pruitt for representing the buyers and helping make this such a smooth transaction, and to Angie Buckner, the best transaction coordinator, for keeping everything on track from start to finish.
