Virginia's Record Sealing Law Has Changed
Good news for many Virginians with a criminal record.
Virginia has expanded its record sealing law, and some people who were previously not eligible may now be able to have certain criminal records sealed.
Not every conviction qualifies, and eligibility depends on several factors, including the offense, the time that has passed, and your criminal history.
