SOLD!! Not all of my closings go smoothly, and this one is a good example. It was a condo on the beach, and it was my first time dealing with a condo management company that was essentially nonresponsive. The property manager sent an email with the owner copied stating that she would only communicate directly with the owner and would not respond to me, even if the owner included me in the email chain. As a result, whenever the owner asked questions about repairs or future repairs, we either received no response at all or vague answers that never really addressed the questions. You can forget anyone answering the phones or returning a call. It made the transaction much more difficult than it needed to be. I hope the new owner joins the board and is able to help bring in a new management company that is more responsive and easier to work with. We got it done! 757-572-0103 .COM
