Celebrity weddings always get us thinking about prenups. You can't possibly have been expecting us to say love🤭

Prenups can create clarity for the future, even though they are not always the first thing engaged couples want to focus on. A prenup allows couples to negotiate elements or complete frameworks for support and division of assets from a place of love and mutual respect and affection. Imagine planning for how to resolve an argument that hasn't happened yet with someone you love and can't wait to marry; now imagine trying to reach the same result in that dispute, except you are working with someone you no longer want to be married to, and who you may feel wronged or hurt or judged you. Prenups may not be the pinnacle of romance, but planning for mutual protection and peace of mind before a wedding is an act of love and respect.
