I have a Fish Tank in my office that I love. So I decided to make Fridays, officially Fish Tank Friday.

My fish wanted me to tell you, that January 31st is the deadline to issue W2s and 1099 to your employees/ independent contractors. Failure to do so could result in penalties.
So make sure you do it.
