The best compliment I can receive is a referral, and I actually met these clients through a referral from a referral.

We kicked things off the right way with a buyer consultation over burgers and beers 🍔🍻, came up with a plan, and got to work.

About 8 houses later, they fell in love with Boston Rd in Bradford. The big garage checked the box for their love of cars, and the large entertaining space is going to be perfect for football Sundays and plenty of parties.

We were able to get it done with a $10,000 seller concession toward their closing costs.
