If you want something festive without the crowds or ticket lines, a Christmas light drive is the way to go.

🎄North Shore neighborhoods
Wind through the residential streets near Forest Ave, Frazier Ave, and just off Cherokee Blvd. These classic homes tend to stick with warm white lights, wreaths, and garland — simple, timeless, and very cozy.

🎄Signal Mountain
Head up James Blvd and explore neighborhoods like Windtree and Hidden Brook. These streets feel quieter and peaceful this time of year, with beautifully lit homes and a true small-town Christmas vibe.

🎄Lookout Mountain residential streets
Skip the tourist stops and cruise through neighborhoods off Scenic Hwy and Lula Lake Rd. Winding roads, stone homes, and elegant lighting make this a scenic, relaxed option.

🎄St. Elmo
One of the most charming areas during the holidays. The historic homes along St. Elmo Ave and surrounding side streets feel especially festive — lots of classic homes, porches lit up, and a strong neighborhood feel.

🎄Downtown Chattanooga (EPB Building + Miller Park area)
Perfect if you want a more “city Christmas” feel. The EPB Plaza is beautifully lit, and Miller Park adds some extra sparkle. It’s a great option for a short walk or a slow drive through downtown after dinner.

🎄East Brainerd subdivisions
Neighborhoods off Igou Gap and near Gunbarrel Rd are known for fun, family-friendly displays. Expect lots of color, inflatables, and houses that clearly love going all out.

🎄Ooltewah & Collegedale
Drive through areas near Hampton Creek, Providence, Somerby, and Standifer Gap. Wide streets, larger homes, and bright displays make this an easy area to explore without feeling rushed.

🎄Soddy Daisy
Established neighborhoods near Dayton Pike and around the Soddy Lake area often have beautiful, classic displays. It’s a great option if you want something festive with a laid-back, small-town feel.

I know you’re knee-deep in holiday fun, but this is actually the perfect time to get ahead if selling in 2026 is even a “maybe.”

Northshore Chattanooga
We’ll start with a morning coffee from a Northshore favorite ( ☕️) and stroll boutique shops, gift stores, and cozy cafés (like ) before heading to see beautiful homes tucked into tree-lined streets and hillside views. You’ll feel that walkable, small-town charm mixed with big-city energy. After showings, we might wander through local shops (🛍️ or All Things Groovy), grab lunch on a dog-friendly patio ( 🐶), and end with a walk by the river.

Hixson
In Hixson, your home tour day feels convenient, cozy, and practical in the best way. Think quiet neighborhoods, easy commutes, and everything you need just minutes away. After touring homes, we’ll pop into 🎯Target or HomeGoods, grab coffee (probably at 📚), and maybe squeeze in a sweet treat (at 🥐🧁) before heading home with a list of favorites and that “I could live here” feeling.

East Brainerd
East Brainerd is all about space, shopping, and comfort. We’ll tour homes in peaceful neighborhoods, then head out for lunch (maybe at the new 🍜) and browsing near Hamilton Place - this mall has IT ALL! 🙌🏼 By the time the day ends, you’ll be imagining weekend errands, date-night dinners, and holiday shopping all in the same neighborhood you just toured.💕
