What do you want to leave behind?
Most people think legacy is a house, a retirement account, or a piece of land.

A move, marriage, divorce, new child or grandchild, home purchase, or changes in family relationships may mean it's time to update your plan.
✅ 2. Are your beneficiary designations still accurate?
Life insurance policies, retirement accounts, and payable-on-death accounts often pass outside your will. An outdated beneficiary designation can override your estate plan.
✅ 3. Are the people you chose still the right people?
The person you named as executor, trustee, guardian, or healthcare agent years ago may no longer be the best fit. It's worth taking another look.
