Ending Women’s Month with one last spotlight 💙✨

Meet Jennifer Toomey with CMG Home Loans!

For Jennifer, being a woman in real estate lending means leading with empathy and grit. It is about building trust, navigating complex transactions with care, strong communication, and having the tenacity to turn challenges into opportunities for her clients.

She also keeps it real about the industry. While women make up nearly 45% of loan officers, they are still underrepresented in senior leadership and often face a pay gap. Jennifer met that head on by learning to advocate for her value and her commissions with the same determination she brings to her clients every day.

What we love most is the “why” behind her work. Jennifer is proud of the legacy of financial independence she has built, from funding her daughter’s debt-free education to helping her children purchase their first homes, and being a financial pillar for her mother. That purpose shows up in everything she does.

Her advice to other women? Master the technical side, lean into your relationship-building strengths, and do not wait for permission to go after more.

And a few fun facts because we’re obsessed: she lived in Vail for a year (no skiing involved), worked as a Medical Assistant for 10 years, and has been making her son’s birthday cakes for 25 years 🧁

We got the chance to tour the new Chattanooga Lookouts stadium at Erlanger Park today and WOW… game days can’t come soon enough ⚾️✨

From the energy you can already feel walking through, to the so many ticketing options that make it easy for everyone to be part of the experience… this place is going to be something special for Chattanooga.

What we loved most? The way history was woven into it all. The preserved buildings and thoughtful design make it feel like more than just a stadium… it feels like a space that truly honors the city while bringing something new to it.

And a little teaser… we’ll actually be using the Powerhouse later this year 👀 We can’t wait to host something special there and share more with y’all soon.

✨ Women’s History Month Spotlight: Christina Spencer ✨

Being a woman in real estate means showing up every day with knowledge, grit, and vision. For Christina Spencer, it’s about building something meaningful — from transforming properties to creating long-term value for owners, tenants, and the community. No two deals are the same, and that challenge is exactly what fuels her passion. 🤍

Like many women in this field, she’s had to prove herself — especially in maintenance and construction. Instead of backing down, she leaned in. She learned the details, stayed hands-on, and put in the work. Over time, the results spoke for themselves. Now, solving problems and seeing properties transform is her favorite part of the job. 🔧✨

Her advice to young women? Stay curious. Ask questions. Believe in your abilities. And most importantly — tune out the noise. Don’t let doubt or negativity hold you back. Keep moving forward and build something you’re proud of. 💫

Christina credits her biggest inspiration to her mom, who showed her the value of resilience and hard work. She’s also inspired by the women around her who continue to uplift and support one another. 🤝

What she’s most proud of is her family and the team she’s built — both rooted in love, trust, and growth. 🫶

In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the incredible women shaping our industry and community. Today we’re highlighting Tati Hall — a woman whose perspective on real estate, leadership, and resilience is both powerful and inspiring. ✨

For Tati, being a woman in real estate means empowering herself and others. It’s about educating, raising the standard, and sometimes going against the grain. It’s bringing grit, knowledge, softness, and structure into spaces where they’re needed most — and doing it all with confidence and heart. 💛

Her advice to young women starting out? Find your community. Know who you are — and when you forget, surround yourself with women who will remind you. Do it scared. Knock on doors. Hear the “no’s.” Don’t take them personally. Protect your mindset and keep showing up. 💫

Like many women in construction and real estate, Tati has faced moments where she felt she had to prove she belonged. Being young, underestimated, navigating a male-dominated industry, and dealing with assumptions — especially as an immigrant — hasn’t always been easy.

But through those experiences she realized something powerful: she doesn’t need to chase a seat at someone else’s table anymore. She’s building her own. 👏

The women who inspire her most are her maternal grandmother and her mom, who taught her resilience, courage, and deep faith. Her mom has used a wheelchair since Tati was just two months old, yet that has never stopped her from learning, growing, leading, and building meaningful things. That strength and determination have shaped the woman Tati is today. 🙌

Tati says she’s most proud of her creativity, her ability to see potential and take action, and the community she continues to build — one rooted in authenticity, encouragement, and support.

Because success isn’t just about what you achieve… it’s about who you grow alongside. 💛
