🙏 THANK YOU to my clients that helped support my business in September. This last quarter is off to a great start, and I’m not slowing down anytime soon.
🏅 #2 in our Chattanooga office in sales volume for September. #8 in sales volume and #12 in units closed across the company YTD.
🏡 Real estate has been a constant hustle in this shifting market over the past few years. I know other agents share the same sentiment. Closings do not come easy. Listings sit longer, despite your constant efforts to prospect for buyers. The most motivated buyers are often the hardest to qualify. There is a lot of volatility, uncertainty, and stress that goes on as a professional in this industry.
🙌 The silver lining? Past clients that trust and refer you. Past clients that come back to you for their next transaction. Because amidst the volatility and uncertainty, they trust YOU to get the job done. This is what motivates me. This is what puts me up for the challenge. Because when I can get that “win” for my clients in helping them eliminate their stress and close one chapter to move onto the next - that is the ultimate reward.
