My name is Susan (Gard) Tittle and I have been a lifelong resident of Charlton where I've made my home with my husband for 41 years, two children April and Austin, our son in law Michael, our daughter in law Tina, and granddaughter Addilynn. I became
interested in real estate at the young age of 20, when I was fortunate enough to have a mentor who invested in several properties and could also prepare them to sell for a profit. My husband and I chose to purchase properties for that same reason and used our experience to help our own family. In 2005, I decided to become a realtor and worked 1 year with a local real estate office in Charlton and then, 5 years with another office in Sturbridge, Ma. In 2011, I received my brokers license and opened my own real estate office (Susan David's Realty, LLC) in January of 2012. I have served clients in Worcester, Hampden and Middlesex County. In doing so, I have established professional relationships with several banking institutions, lawyers, etc. that have what it takes to help my clients achieve their goals in a timely and professional manner. My passion is seeing buyers and sellers through the ever evolving challenges of real estate transactions from the time we meet until the property closes. For Buyers; I would never push a property onto anyone for the sake of making a sale. Once ready, I will market your home in all the right places for the most exposure and work closely with you on suggestions for moving your home quickly. I do not have a large office with a large staff, so there are no quotas to make. My focus is on an individual's needs, a family's needs while making sure my personal service to you never falters.
