FRIENDS! Despite what you may have heard, I 👏AM 👏NOT 👏RETIRING👏. Well, not yet anyway. That's a good long way out. I love what I do but have stopped writing Wills/Trusts etc. That is the only part of my practice that is going away. There are LOADS of good attorneys in the Cville area that are excellent estate planners. I continue to work, full time, but I am concentrating on long term care advocacy and planning, guardianship/Conservatorships, capacity and financial exploitation litigation and disputes and mental health law. The Virginia Center on Aging is conducting a needs assessment to inform the development of the next Virginia State Plan for Aging Services. We want to hear from: Adults Age 60+, Caregivers, and Advocates and Service Providers who are residents of Virginia. Individuals age 18 and older who live in Virginia are eligible to complete the survey.
Your responses to this survey are completely anonymous. The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes and is best completed all at one time. Except for a few eligibility questions, all questions are optional.
