Each TFL team member has a charitable cause close to their heart. Sarah Parker supports Benjamin the Brave Medulloblastoma Cancer Foundation, honoring the memory of Benjamin Robert Poole.

The Foundation’s mission is to fund research toward a cure for medulloblastoma while providing financial assistance to families affected by this devastating disease.

Each Touchstone team member has a charitable cause close to their heart. Leigh Sellers supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation through the North Carolina Xtreme Hike.

Today, hikers will set off on their 30.1 mile, one day journey along the Appalachian Trail. Their immense efforts are to raise funds to cure cystic fibrosis! In past years Leigh has been a hiker, fundraiser, and aid station volunteer, and each year she aims to spread awareness.

Though it might be tempting, changing your ex's name in your phone may not be the harmless joke it seems.

If your texts or call logs ever end up in court, that "private joke" becomes not-so-private. A judge may see it, and they may not find it amusing. Your children might also see it pop up on your screen (part of why judges don't find it so funny!)

Blowing off steam is important, but do yourself a favor by keeping it out of court and away from your kids! Get creative. The cockroach you name after your ex at the zoo? That's your business.
