Kent became involved in the industry in 2006 working for major banks such as Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, Bank of America, and more in the Mortgage industry. He dealt with collections, equity lines of credit, second mortgages, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Deed in Lieu’s, Bankruptcies, and assisted thousands with the Home Affordable Modification Program under the Obama administration. Eventually, Kent decided to use all of that knowledge and experience to learn the other side of the business and become a Broker.

Through extensive study, school, state and national exams, he became a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor in North Carolina and South Carolina. Kent’s goal is to utilize his expertise to strategically make a buyer or seller’s experience as seamless as possible.
