Sometimes the first sign of a problem is fright outside the home.

During a recent Home Watch visit, we noticed significant browning in several trees near the pool. It may seem like a simple landscaping concern, but browning can indicate inadequate watering, irrigation problems, pests, disease, root stress, or sometimes normal seasonal shedding. Either way, it deserves a closer look.

When homeowners are away, changes like this can easily go unnoticed until the damage becomes more extensive and costly. As part of our Home Watch services, The Premier Concierge monitors both the interior and exterior of the property. When something does not look right, we document it, notify the homeowner, and help coordinate the appropriate landscaping or in this case tree-care professional.

When you cannot be there, it matters who is watching.

Fall Is Here—Who Is Watching Your Second Home?
Fall is officially upon us, and while many of us are ready for cooler temperatures, changing leaves, football weekends, and the upcoming holiday season, our homes are also adjusting to the season.
If you own a second home, vacation home, or property that sits unoccupied for extended periods, this is the time of year when the right oversight can make all the difference. Real-life things happen inside a home, even when no one is living there.
Unfortunately, a home does not pause simply because the owner is away.

Those are the details that deserve attention.

This is great to see because many people don't realize that home management is a profession.
