Self-guided, live video, and team member tours are available Tuesday - Saturday. Please contact us 24 x 7 to schedule. Camden Stonecrest in Ballantyne offers one, two and three bedroom apartments with stainless steel appliances, walnut plank floors, 9-foot ceilings framed with crown molding, in-home washers and dryers and more. Even a designated study in the 1.1 Study and 2.2U Study floor plans as well as built-in desks in 3 additional floor plans! Amenities include 24-hour fitness center, outdoor picnic area with gazebo overlooking a catch-and-release pond, saltwater pool with cabanas, onsite car care center, an included cable and internet package and more. Pet perks include the onsite, gated Bark Park with agility equipment and a washing station. Besides Ballantyne hot spots nearby, Camden Stonecrest also falls in the prestigious Charlotte-Mecklenburg School District. Camden Stonecrest is a non-smoking community. Residents receive a technology package included in the total monthly rent. This money-saving package includes high-speed internet up to 500 Mbps and WiFi through Spectrum. Camden residents can take advantage of an exclusive discount with CORT to rent furniture and accessories for your apartment home. As an Airbnb-friendly community, residents can host their apartment home on Airbnb part-time, up to 90 days per year. (Hosting is subject to local laws and regulations.) We partner with Vero, a third-party screening company, to verify the identity and income of all applicants. Pricing and availability are subject to change until a quote is saved.
