The Uniform Civil Collaborative Law Act was signed into law 7/1/20. It paves the way for civil practitioners to resolve civil disputes through the collaborative process. This is a win-win for lawyers and clients to engage in respectful, intelligent and constructive conflict resolution and to effectively settle business, employment and other civil disputes outside of the archaic court system.
