There are two weekends remaining in North Carolina’s largest open house Triangle Parade of Homes 🏡 Last week, our Sales Manager Missy and Interior Designer Danielle got a sneak peek while judging, and there are some seriously incredible properties to tour. Whether you are in the market to buy or just looking for inspiration, it’s a great way to tour some of the Triangle’s best new construction. 🎉

This is the kind of space that makes you want to slow down, stay awhile, and enjoy the view. 🌊
Check out the primary suite at 8405 Ranger Island Marina Road, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame incredible lake views from the spacious bedroom. The main-level location creates an easy connection to the rest of the home while still feeling like a private retreat.
The five-piece bathroom takes the suite to another level, featuring a freestanding soaking tub, spacious tile shower with a dedicated drying area, dual vanities, and a window outfitted with switchable privacy glass—letting in natural light when you want it and privacy when you need it.
And just beyond the bathroom, a large walk-in closet provides plenty of room for everything that belongs in a primary suite this thoughtfully designed.

At 8022 Litaker Manor Court, the kitchen is designed as more than a showpiece. The informal dining area sits just off the kitchen, creating an easy connection between everyday meals, morning coffee, and time spent with family. The kitchen unfolds into a thoughtfully planned series of spaces, including an oversized island, a statement range and hood, and separate scullery and pantry.
The scullery keeps the behind-the-scenes work out of sight, with a second dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and sink, while the dry pantry provides ample shelving for organized storage. Back in the main kitchen, the natural stone continues from the island onto the range backsplash, while the reeded detailing on the island is echoed in the hood for a subtle sense of continuity.

There’s something pretty incredible about looking at The Cape from above. 🌊 Surrounded by water, The Cape offers something you simply can’t recreate in a traditional waterfront community: the feeling of having your own private island retreat while still being part of something bigger. With just a three single family homes on the island, owning at The Cape means owning a truly unique piece of waterfront property. Where the water isn’t just your backyard, it’s your view in every direction. It’s not just lakefront living. It’s island living. 🏝️
8405 Ranger Island Marina Road is available off-market. Contact [email protected] for details.

An appreciation post for the homeowners behind this incredible custom build in Ventosa! 👏🏼
These homeowners absolutely knocked it out of the park. Building a custom home for the first time can feel overwhelming, but they approached the process thoughtfully, stayed disciplined with their budget, and made smart decisions along the way. By consistently coming in under budget, they created room to splurge on the details that mattered most to them, like lots designer lighting and an outdoor grill station. They even have plans to add a pool later this year!
The result is a home that feels intentional, personal, and completely theirs. We loved watching their vision come together and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! 🏡✨
