Salena graduated from NC Central University in 2005 with her BS in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Law Enforcement, BA in Political Science and Juris Doctor in 2008. She was Miss NCCU NABCJ (National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice) her senior year. As a Senior Criminal Defense Associate, her passion over the last 17 years has always been defense work, representing those who have been charged as juveniles/adults in state and federal court. She was selected for the 2021 Mecklenburg County Bar Leadership Institute and continues to volunteer in surrounding counties by offering legal advice and “Know Your Rights” workshops. Although she grew up in Monroe, NC and went to school in Durham, NC, she studied abroad in Cuernavaca, Mexico and volunteered at a domestic violence orphanage in Cape Town, South Africa. She is a boy mom of 2 sons and an avid Carolina Panthers fan.

Meet Alexandra Holloway, a passionate family law attorney specializing in divorce, child custody, adoption, and more. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo, Alex is committed to providing compassionate, effective legal representation. Originally from Huntersville, NC, she’s also an avid pickleball player—currently ranked 3rd out of 32 in her league! When she’s not practicing law, you can find her enjoying Charlotte’s restaurant scene or cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Diane began her legal career in Charlotte in 2008 but left in 2014, spending time working in Washington, D.C., and Camden, New Jersey. She returned home to the Queen City in 2023 and joined The Olsinski Law Firm as a senior criminal defense associate. A true believer defense attorney, Diane has fought for hundreds of clients facing charges in state and federal courts. Diane and her husband have been married since 2013 and are the proud parents of two large rescue dogs, Fraggle and Potato. Diane loves to travel and play games, and thinks you shouldn’t wait for a special occasion to drink Champagne. Fun fact: in law school, Diane studied abroad in Australia and got to meet a baby kangaroo.

Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2025: Diane Price is a Senior Associate at The Olsinski Law Firm, PLLC specializing in criminal defense.

Diane began her legal career in Charlotte but took a nine-year detour to D.C. and New Jersey before returning home in 2023. She and her husband, Galen, have been married for 11 years and share their home with two lovable rescue dogs: 10-year-old Fraggle and 7-year-old Potato. Avid travelers, Diane and Galen recently explored the vibrant culture and landscapes of Jalisco, Mexico. When they’re not on the move, they enjoy games of all kinds—board games, card games, video games, and trivia nights are all fair game!

A graduate of Western Carolina University and the University of North Carolina School of Law, Diane is excited to grow her leadership skills, forge meaningful connections, and become an engaged and impactful leader in her community.
