Our client was wrongly accused of breaching a commercial lease after relocating when the landlord prohibited necessary upfits to comply with zoning laws.

The plaintiff sought over $126,000.00 in damages—but we pushed back.

After trial began, with a motion for mistrial pending and the court signaling in our favor, the case resolved on extremely favorable terms for our client—a business owner who stood his ground and won.

Case Closed | $300,000 Settlement

Our client came to us after being turned down by multiple law firms—injured by a defective firework that caused a hang fire, or delayed explosion.

We filed suit, and the case was removed to federal court. With liability hotly contested, both sides hired experts and took multiple depositions. After tough litigation, we secured a $300,000 settlement.

Victory for Our Client: Gender Discrimination Case Settled Favorably

We are proud to announce the successful settlement of a gender discrimination case involving our client, where she faced unequal treatment in her workplace. The resolution included a reversal of her termination, amending her employment file, and compensation.

A former jail officer said the sheriff used harsher discipline on female employees. McFadden paid her “an amount that exceeds her lost wages.”
