Today I took a second to review my case list from top to bottom. I do this twice a week ensuring I touch every case weekly, if not more, so I know my client’s needs are being met and cases are moving along. But this time I was looking at it in a different light and I closed the Word document with a smile on my face.

I started working as a personal injury attorney 5 years ago. If anyone asked, they knew this was not the field of law I thought I would enter after graduating. However after 5 years not only have I had a successful start to my legal career but my case list has multiple direct referrals to me for work. I have started building a name for myself doing what I love most - helping others and most importantly helping kids. If only I knew what was to come 5 years ago!
