A VA denial feels like the system has already made its decision. But many denials come down to missing evidence, unclear service connection, or details that were never fully considered.

We go back into the record, rebuild what was overlooked, and turn the appeal into a stronger case built to be heard.

Don’t accept a denial as final. Take action at vet.law.

When a veteran's service-connected condition contributes to their death, their family may be entitled to Dependency and Indemnity Compensation: benefits that continue for a surviving spouse, child, or sometimes a parent.

Proving that connection is often the hardest part, and it's exactly the kind of case we build every day.

If your family may qualify for survivor benefits, find out at vet.law.

Years of ruck marches, jumps, and repetitive strain add up, even when there's no single incident report to point to.

Degenerative joint and disc conditions are among the most common service-connected claims, but they're also among the most frequently under-rated when the full impact isn't documented.

If your joint or back condition started with your service, have it reviewed at vet.law.

Clients don't just remember the outcome of their case. They remember who called them back, who explained what was happening, who stayed in the loop for months.

That's the standard our staff, not just our attorneys, hold themselves to on every file.

Meet the people who'll actually be on your case at vet.law.

For a lot of veterans, we're not the first call. A VSO is often the first stop, and for many claims, that's the right one.

But when a case needs more: appellate strategy, evidence development, legal argument at the Board or the Court, that's where an accredited attorney makes the difference a VSO's scope doesn't allow for.

If your VSO has taken your case as far as it can go, talk to us at vet.law.

On September 18, 1947, the U.S. Air Force became its own branch of the military, built on a legacy that started with the Army Air Corps.

To every airman we've represented, and every one still serving: thank you.

Happy birthday, Air Force.

Traumatic brain injuries from blasts, falls, or impacts during service don't always show up on a scan. Sometimes it's memory lapses, headaches, or mood changes years later.

The VA recognizes TBI as a service-connected condition, but proving the link takes the right documentation and medical evidence.

If your symptoms started with an injury in service, get it reviewed at vet.law.

One of the most common things we hear from veterans who came to us after a bad experience elsewhere: no one called them back. No updates, no explanation, just silence while the clock on their appeal kept running.

We built our process around the opposite standard: you should always know where your case stands.

If communication has been the problem, not the law, talk to us at vet.law.

From the date on your VA decision letter, you have one year to file an appeal. Miss that window, and options that were open before can close for good.

That year can feel like plenty of time, until paperwork, evidence, and daily life eat into it, and the strongest appeals are the ones built early, not rushed at the deadline.

If you were recently denied, don't wait to start at vet.law.

Twenty-five years on, the morning of September 11, 2001 still marks a line between before and after for this country, and for the generation of service members who answered what came next.

Today, we hold that memory, and the veterans it created.

We remember.
