A new chapter begins for my first time home buyer and his Dilworth charmer. Robbie was actually working with another agent who in his words "didn't get what I was trying to do". He wanted a property that met his criteria for location and livability in South Charlotte, but that also had huge potential for multiple exit strategies as an investment. When the perfect property listed RIGHT before he left town, we worked a little magic to not only tour but strategically beat out multiple offers--one that we found out after closing was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than ours!

So very excited to close on this historic home near and dear to my heart and my 'hood. When Jeff and Jana decided to relocate from NOLA to be closer to their adult children, they knew they wanted an agent who understood historic homes and could make their vision come true.

Not only did we find the perfect bungalow right here in York Chester Historic District, but they decided to contract our company TurnKey Property Group LLC to handle the renovations of their dreams. Big congratulations to my buyers on closing on their dream home at 2320 Jade Lane in Fort Mill, SC!

This one has a great story! On a whim, they stopped by an open house while thinking about their next chapter in retirement and instantly fell in love. But like many buyers, they had an important question: Was it really a good deal?

SOLD!! It's a fresh new start for my sellers and we couldn't be happier. Moving is challenging, especially when you're trying to downsize. Let's face it, the knees stop working right, then the hips...and before you know it, those stairs are starting to become a barrier. We were able to score multiple offers, a CASH sale and transition my sellers to their new single-story home. That's what I call a perfectly happy ending!
