So very excited to close on this historic home near and dear to my heart and my 'hood. When Jeff and Jana decided to relocate from NOLA to be closer to their adult children, they knew they wanted an agent who understood historic homes and could make their vision come true.

Big congratulations to my buyers on closing on their dream home at 2320 Jade Lane in Fort Mill, SC!

This one has a great story! On a whim, they stopped by an open house while thinking about their next chapter in retirement and instantly fell in love. But like many buyers, they had an important question: Was it really a good deal?

Last week was a triumphant ending for my seller, who is making those dreams come true. After prepping and listing, we sold for 15k OVER LIST with multiple offers and they are now filling their time with plans to move overseas.
