One thing I want my buyers to understand is that the purchase price of a home isn't the same thing as your monthly payment.

Your payment can include principal, interest, property taxes, homeowners insurance, and potentially HOA fees or mortgage insurance.

That's why I encourage my buyers to look beyond the listing price and understand what the home will actually cost them each month.

And here's the important part: you don't have to figure all of this out by yourself.

I work alongside my buyers and their lender so we can understand the numbers, talk through the options, and make decisions based on what actually fits their lifestyle and budget.
