Stewart Realty Company In 1987, my father, Larry Stewart, established Larry Stewart Realty. SRC has developed a reputation as a business that generously supports its community.

Larry Stewart Realty grew from a one-person office with no support staff to a state-of-the-art full-service firm with seven agents and knowledgeable, full time staff support. In 2008 SRC, became the first second- generation agency in Charles City, Iowa when I purchased the firm and formed Stewart Realty Company. As I learned from my father, experience and integrity are the two keys to success at Stewart Realty Company. Every agent at SRC has extensive individual real estate experience and is a member of the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
