to rise higher. I have "failed forward" often in life and have learned some most valuable lessons about myself along the way and am always learning how to improve personally and professionally. I would love to be of service to you however great or small!

Host a card game night. Keep it simple, get take-out or pop a few frozen pizzas in the oven and get playing. What's some of your favorite card games? We like to play Uno and Phase 10. What's in the cards for you for homeownership next year? If you want a winning hand...call me! I'll deal ya in!

December 15th is Ugly Sweater Day. I'm sorry....but I had to!!! Don’t have an ugly sweater? Make one of your own. Bedazzle an old or thrifted sweater, add embroidered holiday pins and some sequins, and voila, you are ready for Ugly Sweater Day. If you don't have one, can't make one...maybe we can go tour some open houses together and see others who are wearing them and vote on the best of the worst?? No?? Okay, consider this an early Christmas present, I won't ask you if you want to buy a new home this year...because we only. have 15 days left! We can get started on what you want on your list for next year!!!!

Unleash your imagination and build a gingerbread house on December 12- Gingerbread House Day! Oh the sweetness of it all! Did You Know….that according the Guinness Book of World Records, the World’s largest gingerbread house was made in 2013. The house was 60 ft long and 10.1 ft tall.
Create your masterpiece and capture it here! I'd love to see your creations! Maybe we have a contest of our own and vote for best gingerbread house! Whatcha say? You've got 1 week to put your designs here! I'm going to get to work creating mine too! Okay...okay...if you want more than a house made of gingerbread...CALL ME...I'll find you a real house!

December 8 is Pretend To Be A Time Traveler Day. In a general sense, most of us do that every day without pretending - we travel from one second to another. IF you could travel back in time to visit a place or a person where would you go or who would you see? IF you could travel forward in time to a place or see a person..where would you go...who would you want to see? I love these thoughts! I have a healthy imagination. I would love to go back to anyplace in time where I would have 1 more chance to be with my parents and older brother who are now in heaven together. I would also love to go forward in time to see what I believe heaven looks like with. my family there and then return to finish what I have been given this life to do. Wow..this was a deep post...I hope it brought ideas to you and happy thoughts like it did for me! As for the here and now....you know its about to be said...lets travel together and find you a. new home wherever you dreamed it should be. If I'm not licensed there...I'll find a KW agent partner who is there and will help us together!

November 10 is Forget Me Not Day. All of us have people in our lives that we care about but are bad about keeping in touch with. Try and contact your long lost friends on social media websites and get talking with them. I am sooo guilty of this! You're receiving this very message for this very reason! You're important to my life and yet we lost touch with our busy lives. I'd love to make this right. Please send me a message about your business so I can create a little referral group for us to be more purposeful about promoting and supporting one another. If you don't want to share your business info...can i please get your home address? I'd love to send you a free market data report each month on whats happening in your neighborhood...pretty much anywhere in the world!

November 3 is celebrated every year as Sandwich Day. Have a bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast, an egg salad sandwich for lunch, a roast beef sandwich for dinner and an ice cream sandwich for desert. I don't think the ice cream sandwich counts...but its a great thought! My favorite one this time of year is the turkey sandwich I cannot wait for the post Thanksgiving classic sandwich with a slice of turkey breast with mayo and salt! What would your favorite sandwich have on it? While we are "sandwiching" I would love to be right in the middle of your "home to sell and home to buy sandwich" keeping both sides together!

August 31 is Eat Outside Day. How to Celebrate? Pack up a picnic lunch and enjoy it with family and friends in the park. Grill outside in the yard or take a portable grill to the park.
If you usually have lunch at your desk at work, what about going out for your lunch break and having your meal under the Sun? Did You Know…that picnics began as a meal break for hunters while hunting?
What would you put in your picnic basket? Where is your favorite place to go on a picnic? I'd love to make a list of popular spots and get to as many as I can! I love outdoor dining!

On August 16, make everyone around you giggle or laugh, by telling them a joke because it is Tell A Joke Day!! I'm a horrible joke teller! So please share a joke with me here. Tell me one I might be able to remember and repeat to others. Real estate wise... I can tell you one thing, this summer real estate has been NO JOKE! What a crazy market! Okay...here goes the joke, I have to... So, you know when you see a bunch of geese flying in a V pattern and one side is longer than the other? Why is that? .....wait for it... Its because there are more geese on one side than the other. 😂. Yup...thats my joke and I'm sticking to it!

All About Me Day!! August 13 is Left-Handers Day. About 10% of the world's population is left-handed. Most things are manufactured though for right handed use so sometimes it can be rough being a lefty. I LOVE being a Lefty! Although I write left handed, and bowl left handed; I play golf right handed and bat right handed. I'm curious of those reading this post...are you right handed or left handed? And do you switch hands when playing sports? I'm not really alone here am I?

August 11 is Son and Daughter Day, a day for parents to show their love and appreciation for their children. I for one don't post pictures of my kids on this day because to me...every day is Son and Daughter day. I am so grateful for my son and two daughters each and every day. They are amazing adults raising beautiful and responsible families of their own together with their spouses. For those who need to be reminded...take a moment...love on the greatest gift we can ever be given and that is the opportunity to be a parent. Now...if you're expecting another bundle of joy and need a bigger home for all these kiddos, let me know..I can help! If they have all grown up (like mine have) and you want to downsize a bit before they return...I can help with that too! 😆

MY GIRLS!!! August 1 is Girlfriend’s Day. It is unclear whether the creators of this holiday wanted it to be a day for people to honor their female friends or for them to celebrate their female romantic partners. Either way, take this day to tell the special women in your life that they mean a lot to you, and that you love, honor, and respect them. Maybe surprise your partner with a gift and dinner? Or take them out to see their favorite band perform or arrange for a romantic lunch picnic in the park.
Don’t have a partner? Why not celebrate your girlfriends with a girls night out or a girls only party.
Shout out to my girl friends!!!! ALL of you!!! I love you and appreciate you in my life!! You have made me a better person!❤️
