Let's all take a deep breath and not be a tool of the propagandists! (from any and all sides)

Anyone who uses Square for credit card processing beware! I have received 2 calls over the past month (caller ID even says Square with the legit phone number) claiming that the Square fraud detection department has identified some charges that appear fraudulent and they believe that someone has used my Square debit card to charge a $900 plane ticket on a Turkish airline and a few other charges.

They are likely calling from India, they have British accents. Today, since I had no money in that account, I knew it was a scam. When I appeared to be onto them, they try to change the subject and suddenly claimed Donald Trump would be proud of how much money I had. They try to get you to change your password, verify other credit cards etc. while claiming they have cancelled your compromised Square card.

I know many businesses may have substantial money in their Square credit card processing accounts. These people are skilled at getting you to think they are helping you (they called you with a fraud alert) and that they are just doing due diligence. Reality is they will drain every cent from any debit or credit card account they can get you to give them.

They will definitely ruin your day, your Christmas and possibly take down your small business. Do not give them card numbers with the 3 digit security code or your social security number or any information.

Around 2 am, there was targeted assassination attempts at a state legislators house in Champlin and at a different legislators house in Brooklyn Park that are related. The suspect is driving a dark SUV with dash lights to look like a police vehicle, possible no plates or Iowa plates and is wearing a uniform according to reports. Let's stop this coward.

As I was watching Hamilton this evening at the Orpheum, I thought to myself, thank God for this musical because without it kids today would not know virtually any history about the founding of our nation. Most importantly, that it's possible to totally disagree with someone, yet work together for the greater good and to build a system that thrives on different ideas by not silencing your opponents and sometimes compromising, even if it's a bitter pill.
