Congratulations to Spiros Law Attorney Berta Sasso on securing a $150K arbitration award on behalf of our client.

Our client was driving home from work when his vehicle was struck by a stolen SUV being pursued by police. He was transported to the emergency room by ambulance and suffered a compression fracture of the spine.

Initially, insurance was only offering $43K, followed by a final offer of $75K. Berta knew those offers did not fully reflect the impact of our client's injuries, so she took the case to arbitration and secured a $150K award on his behalf.

We are proud of Berta's persistence and commitment to fighting for our clients when the insurance company is unwilling to offer a fair resolution. Her never back down attitude helped our client obtain the result he deserved. Way to go, Berta!

Congratulations to Spiros Law Founding Partner Jim Spiros and Partner Danielle Cain on securing a $10.25M settlement in a medical malpractice case on behalf of our client.

During surgery, despite warning signs, our client suffered avoidable nerve and vascular injuries. As a result, he now relies on a wheelchair due to severe limb weakness and intermittent paralysis.

Jim and Danielle carefully built the case, filed suit, and prepared for trial. Their preparation, persistence, and commitment to presenting the full impact of our client's injuries ultimately resulted in a $10.25M settlement before trial.
