Spiros Law was proud to participate in Creator Camp, a program designed to help local high school students explore the many career opportunities available in Vermilion County.

During their visit to our Danville office, students had the opportunity to learn about the work we do, the different career paths within Spiros Law, and the opportunities for growth and development available in the legal profession. From attorneys and paralegals, to intake, marketing, and administrative roles, we enjoyed sharing how every position plays an important role in helping our clients and supporting our community.

We also had a great time following the students' creative lead as they filmed and created content highlighting our office and team.

Investing in the next generation is important to us, and we are grateful to Vermilion Advantage and Monyok Leadership for providing students with meaningful opportunities to connect with local employers, explore career possibilities, and see what their future could look like right here in their community.

Congratulations to Spiros Law Partner Danielle Cain on obtaining a full policy limits settlement on behalf of our client who was injured after the vehicle she was riding in collided with a semi-truck.

As a result of the crash, our client suffered a cervical sprain and lower back pain. Despite the insurance company attempting to undervalue the extent of her injuries, Danielle continued to fight to ensure our client’s experience and damages were fully recognized.

Through her advocacy and determination, Danielle was able to secure a full policy limits settlement for our client. We are grateful for her continued commitment to protecting the rights of those injured through no fault of their own and ensuring our clients receive the justice they deserve.

At Spiros Law, we recognize that our clients’ cases often involve many different avenues of recovery. Recently, Spiros Law Partner Miranda Soucie put the pieces of the puzzle together when she secured a combined workers’ compensation, personal injury liability, and underinsured motorist settlement totaling $260K on behalf of our client who was injured while driving between job sites when another driver ran a stop sign.

As a result of the crash, our client suffered multiple non-surgical back fractures. Our team worked to pursue every available avenue of recovery to ensure our client’s injuries, losses, and future needs were fully addressed. Through persistence and advocacy, we were able to obtain meaningful results across all aspects of the case.

Congratulations to Spiros Law Attorney Jennifer Eldridge who recently secured a $225K settlement for our client who was injured at work when a forklift struck her, injuring her hand and leg. After the injury, the employer closed, creating added challenges in the workers’ compensation case.

Despite this challenge, Jennifer pushed forward in the pursuit of justice. After receiving an initial offer of $175K, Jennifer knew the offer did not fully reflect our client’s injuries and refused to stop fighting until ultimately securing the final settlement of $225K.

We are grateful for Jennifer’s dedication and her commitment to ensuring injured workers receive the justice they deserve.

We would like to congratulate Spiros Law Partner Danielle Cain who fought hard for our client who suffered a brain bleed and head injury after being struck by a vehicle while walking into the gas station.

Danielle secured the underlying $25K policy but did not stop there. She continued fighting until she also obtained the full $75K in underinsured motorist coverage, resulting in a full policy limit, $100K total settlement.
