I’m sure we all notice a trend of team leaders, bosses, Brokers, etc., who only talk about two things: “work and money.” It’s ALL you see on their social media. I can’t help but think “as a society, we are so lost.”
✨ Some leaders push a dangerous narrative: that work must always trump life. That if your mind is quiet, you’re failing unless you fill it with more work. But let’s be honest—this is not peaceful, and it is certainly not Godly.
If all we model is working until we die, chasing money, and only aligning with people who can “get us ahead,” we cultivate opportunism, burnout, and shallow connections. That’s not leadership—it’s exhaustion disguised as success.
💡 True leadership looks different.
• It values authentic connection over transactional networking. This requires building a sphere and not just chasing 100 cold leads a day.
• It respects a healthy work-life balance.
• It leads not only with goals and growth, but also with peace, rest, and purpose.
A great leader encourages others to find the quiet space in their soul where they can simply be with God. To live, to love, to breathe—not just to work. Because a healthy leader recognizes that true success isn’t measured only in profits, but in peace, productivity, and being authentic.
