🎣 Little Fish Brewing Company - Dayton Station is officially on our must-visit list!
We stopped in for lunch today and WOW… from the stunning brick parking lot and beautiful building to the cozy indoor seating and breezy patio, this place feels like something special. And yes — the food lives up to the vibe. 🙌
We started with:
🐟 Salmon Dip – creamy, tangy, and served with Good Hands seeded sourdough (supporting local, of course!)
🍟 Chimi Fries – crispy fries topped with garlic aioli and chimichurri. These were next level good.
For mains:
🍄 Katie got the Mushroom Bulgogi Bowl — bold flavors, local mushrooms, and a bit of a spicy kick.
🐠 Jonas went with the Catfish Po’ Boy — crispy catfish, remoulade, pickles, and crunchy lettuce on a soft hoagie. Unreal.
What stood out even more than the food? Their commitment to using local ingredients and supporting Ohio producers — which is exactly why we do what we do here at The Miami Valley Experience.

Last night I wrapped up an awesome session at Painting with a Twist in Dayton with my friend, and we had an absolute blast! 🎨✨ We tackled the "A New Beginning" painting, and let’s just say—some of us may have had a creative interpretation of the original design. 😂
If you’ve never been, this place is a perfect mix of art, fun, and a little bit of wine (or whatever drink you bring!). They provide everything—canvases, paints, brushes—and guide you step-by-step, so even if you can’t draw a stick figure, you’ll still walk away with a masterpiece (or at least a conversation starter!).
The vibe is laid-back, the instructors are super fun, and the best part? You get to create something unique while hanging out with friends. Definitely recommend this spot for a night out, date night, or just a reason to unwind and try something different.
