Happy Monday!
A few of our clients have suggested that they would be interested in having Randy talk with a group from their child’s school, their workplace, church, neighborhood association, etc. We wanted to reach out to let you know that if you’re in the Denver metro area and can get a group of at least 7 or 8 (or more) Randy is happy to do that at no charge.
We understand that estate planning and probate can sometimes be a little overwhelming. Randy is happy to visit your group to deliver a short (one hour or less), informative presentation and provide personalized guidance on estate planning and/or probate. Randy’s talks are not sales pitches. No scare tactics, or attempts to sell you some “special” type of trust or other document. Just a clear explanation of some basic estate planning and probate questions.

Explanation of the Probate Process: How the process works; how to keep it as simple and inexpensive as possible; how to, and whether you should, avoid probate.
Randy’s expertise and experience as a speaker will ensure that attendees gain a clear understanding of the options available and the steps necessary to create a comprehensive estate plan or an efficient probate.
