Hillwood Communities has officially begun construction on Ramble, a new 1,380 acre master planned community located between Preston Road and Custer Road just north of downtown Celina.
The first phase will bring 700 new homes from some of DFWโs top builders including American Legend Homes, Coventry Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, and Perry Homes, with homes expected to range from the $400s to around $1M+.
Designed around rolling hills, water features, and mature trees, Ramble will feature a four mile greenbelt filled with parks, trails, and lakes that connect throughout the community.
The full vision includes approximately 4,000 homes, along with future schools, commercial development, and new retail spaces.
