Daniel‘s attention to making sure I was comfortable with every step moving forward and every options pros and cons were discussed so there was no guesswork. Daniel took the time to fully understand what was important to my family and myself. Daniel keeps his word on keeping communication either through early morning mid afternoon or late at night. If he cannot respond to any inquiries at the moment, he always responds within a timely matter which was super important to my family and myself to not feel like we were left hanging in the dark and wondering what was next to come, which was a big comfort.
