In an abundance of caution, and in an attempt to adhere to the recommended “social distancing” policy to help curve the spread of the COVID-19 virus, The Roper Firm is offering a variety of virtual services, including electronic meetings/consultations, telephonic consultations, and virtual mediations.

Also, while our courthouses may be closed to the general public, new cases continue to be filed and some cases, especially uncontested ones, finalized during this time. As such, we are currently offering a limited number of new clients the following fee specials starting at:

$999 for uncontested domestic case involving no minor children;
$1199 for uncontested domestic case involving up to three (3) minor children.
