⚠️ Iowa Workers’ Comp Scam Alert

Iowa officials are warning injured workers about a scam using fake workers’ compensation documents and promises of large benefit payments in exchange for upfront fees.

You should NEVER pay a fee to receive a legitimate workers’ compensation award or settlement. If something doesn’t look right, contact your attorney or DIAL before responding.
