Greenley recently completed her Junior year at the University of Iowa and we are so happy to have her back in the office this summer! She continues to study Accounting and Political Science on a pre-law track, with aspirations of attending law school in the future. Last night McCann Law PLLC had the honor of attending the Stand Up Guy launch and the screening of the documentary "Gone Guys". This was a very enlightening and thought-provoking event!

Stand Up Guy encourages men and boys to reflect on the language, behaviors, and cultural norms that influence how women and girls are treated. The campaign promotes re-evaluating their role in preventing violence. understanding how their everyday actions can contribute to violence, and supporting accountability, respect and healthy masculinity, and positive interventions.

The "Gone Guys" documentary combines national data and personal stories to explore the social, educational, and emotional pressures facing young men today, emphasizing that supporting boys and men complements-rather than competes with-efforts to support women and girls.
