Just received this from a court appointed client and started to tear up. Thank you so much. (It's a long read 😊)
"Monica has been my lawyer on two separate cases now for the last year, both of which were fights to get my family back and a second chance at being the best mother I can be. From the very start Monica has been professional, thorough, compassionate and encouraging both in court and in my personal life! As a recovering addict it can be hard to prove you are worthy of a second chance. Not once did Monica ever make me feel like I was nothing more than an addict. She treated me like a human being and made sure that my recovery and extensive hard work was what I would be seen for in court. She made it her mission to ensure that my hard work would not only be rewarded but also fully acknowledged! She was there every step of the way. It’s rare that we can trust our lives in the hands of others, let alone our children’s, but I never once questioned that she had my families best interest at heart and would do everything possible to help me. I never thought that an attorney appointed to me by the courts who I’m not even paying would fight for me as hard as she did! She does it because she truly cares and believes in you! And even after court was said and done she told me I could always come to her if I needed someone to talk to or someone to encourage my sobriety!! She told me she was proud of me and that meant so much because I knew she meant it!! I could never thank her enough for fighting for family! She restored my faith in the justice system! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! If you are going through family court she is the only one you should want in your corner! She will fight for your family like it’s her own and will not give up on you!!"
