I am an experienced estate planning lawyer who has helped many people draft wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. I also provide comprehensive probate services. I have extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy, estate planning and probate, real estate transactions and other general law matters as well. During my career, I served in the federal government as a Trial Att
orney at the United States Department of Justice, Deputy Director of the White House Conference on Small Business and Special Assistant to the Associate Director of the Small Business Administration. I'm a member of the bar in California and Missouri (inactive) and I'm a former member in good standing of the bar in Wisconsin and the District of Columbia. I'm also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). More importantly, I'm a Green Bay Packers and LA Lakers Fan and a 2nd Degree Black Belt. Who I Help:
